Brianna Williams has over 15 years of legal and non-legal experience providing strategic solutions to large corporations, small businesses, non-profit organizations, and independent professionals in the areas of marketing, creative direction, and counsel. In addition to assisting her clients by providing sound legal and professional advice, she has a demonstrated ability to create value-added solutions to support business projects, implement and communicate initiatives and policies, and build relationships.

She is the founder of Mélange, a full service legal and consulting firm specializing in helping individuals and organizations visualize their dreams, implement tools to reach them, and protect them from harm. Through Mélange, Brianna has helped several organizations manage their differences, similarities, and tensions in meaningful ways.She has presented at conferences across the country on the topic, and her work has been published nationally.

In her role as an attorney, Brianna frequently counsels clients on OFCCP compliance, affirmative action planning, employment law, entertainment law, and general business matters. Brianna also serves as Of Counsel at StokesWagner, an employment law firm specializing in serving the hospitality industry.

Before law school, Brianna ran Ethereal Image, a small website and graphic design consulting firm aimed at addressing the unique needs of creative professionals (musicians, artists, photographers etc). Her clients have included Millie Jackson, Festival Productions (producers of Essence Festival & The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival), Half Note Records (Blue Note Jazz Club’s in-house record label), AJ Productions (wholesale distributer for Tyler Perry), Snug Harbor Jazz Bistro, and a host of creative professionals. More recently, Brianna co-produced a series of seven events over five days during the Inaugural weekend for the National Congress of Black Women. The events were well attended, attracted significant media coverage, and, as a result, several thousand dollars were raised for the organization.

An active member of the community, Brianna has served as the Director of Communications for the National Bar Association, is a voting member of The Recording Academy; is an active volunteer for the Georgia Lawyers for the Arts; has served as a guest lecturer in Music Business at Loyola University, and is a board member of Genesis Shelter. In 2010, Brianna was recognized as one of the Nation’s Best Advocates: Top 40 Under 40 by The National Bar Association and IMPACT.

Brianna is admitted to practice in both Georgia and Louisiana. In her free time, Brianna is an instructor of the Law and Justice course at Morehouse College, an initiative she engineered through the Project Identity Institute to encourage young men to enter the legal pipeline. She also enjoys playing jazz piano professionally.
