Lindsey R. Harrison is an associate in Winter Capriola Zenner, LLC\’s litigation practice group. Lindsey’s practice focuses on all aspects of litigation in both Georgia and Federal Courts. Her areas of concentration include commercial litigation, developer turnover and construction litigation, business disputes, contracts, and community association litigation. Lindsey also has experience in family law. Lindsey received recognition in Atlanta Magazine as a 2015, 2016 and 2017 Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor that no more than 2.5% of lawyers in the state receive each year.
Lindsey received her juris doctorate, cum laude, from Georgia State College of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the Georgia State Law Review and received the top grade in her Evidence, Civil Procedure, and Sales courses. Lindsey received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey gained extensive experience as a litigation associate, handling cases from the initial client meeting through trial. She also completed a judicial externship with The Honorable Justice Hugh P. Thompson of the Georgia Supreme Court and clerked for The Honorable Judge Roger W. Dunaway and The Honorable Judge Harold A. Hinesley.
Lindsey currently serves on the board for the Atlanta Council of Younger Lawyers and volunteers with Junior League of Atlanta.
