Justin has broad litigation experience in a variety of matters. These include divorce, legal separation, complex child custody matters (including dependency and neglect), child support/maintenance issues (pre and post-decree), civil litigation, felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, and personal injury/medical malpractice cases.

Justin is a member of multiple legal organizations and associations. He currently serves as President of the First Judicial District Bar Association (Jefferson County and Gilpin County), and has received numerous awards and honors for his professional accomplishments, including being named as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2014, 2015, and 2016.

Justin is a former editor of the Colorado Bar Association\’s Practitioner\’s Guide to Colorado Domestic Relations Law; having edited the section concerning the intersection of criminal law with domestic relations law in both 2012 and 2013.

Not only is Justin an experienced trial lawyer, but he also is called upon regularly to present at continuing legal education seminars, at both the local and state level.
