Mr. Lampert has extensive experience in Creditor-Debtor relations, Bankruptcy, Landlord-Tenant, Divorce and Mortgage Foreclosure matters.  He has presented lectures regarding the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act to the Commercial Law League of America and also, as well as  Commercial and Retail collections, enforcement and collection of judgements, garnishments, on behalf of the National Business Institute and Lorman Education Services.
