Josh was born and raised in East Tennessee and has a passion for helping the people of this region. Josh earned his Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law in 2022, also receiving a Certificate of Concentration in Property. Josh’s areas of practice include Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate, Real Estate Transactions and Real Estate Litigation. Prior to attending Liberty University, Josh graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in history from East Tennessee State University in 2019. While at ETSU, he received the Faculty Award for Outstanding Student in History for the Class of 2019. Josh, and his wife Caley, reside in Kingsport, Tennessee, and are members of Bible Baptist Church. Outside of his legal practice, Josh enjoys hiking, camping, and playing golf.
